BHA launches learning community website
The British Hospitality Association (BHA) is pleased to announce it has launched a new online learning community website for its members.
As a sister site to the existing BHA website, The BHA Community is a new membership benefit designed to build contact between members through a variety of personalised webpages based around the BHA’s member committee structure and the regions of the UK.
On this site each member will be able to: join and start discussion forums on a range of local and national issues; listen to audio interviews from the Chief Executive and other industry figures; hear other assorted audio samples, including keynote speeches from BHA events and take part in online seminars from leading industry experts.
Other facilities include members being able to view quarterly statements from their Regional Development Agency, complete online opinion polls on all the latest industry issues, view committee documents and contact committee members and submit queries and propose new members.
From 15 May, a pilot version of the Community site will be available for a select number of members to access and test.
Initially, access will be restricted to members of the following committees: Regional Chairs Committee, Eastern Regional Committee, Northern Regional Committee and the Local Hospitality Association Committee.
Members in the east or the north of England will also be able to access their regional site to participate in the regionally focused discussion forums and post queries to the BHA or your regional committee representatives.
Other members not included above are also welcome to visit the BHA Community, but will not be able to participate until later in the year.

All members have been provided with passwords to access the site, but if you have mislaid your password or would like to verify your access details, please contact Alex Williamson at the BHA on 020 7269 9696, or email [email protected].
