Forget Valentine's Day – Spatex is February's most important event
SPATEX 2013, the pool and spa industry's annual shop window and networking event is taking place from February 3-5. Now in its 17th year, it is the exhibition for anyone and everyone involved in wet leisure, in all capacities.
With over half the exhibitors showing for the very first time or using SPATEX as a launch pad for new products, there's a vast number of stands and innovations to see.
Free Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers' Workshops will cover issues such as new ways to conserve energy, water and money. All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
A dedicated Commercial Information Centre will offer free coffee and pastries and the opportunity to have an informal chat to various commercial experts. They can offer free and impartial advice, covering a diverse range of subjects from chemical water treatment, through to Heating & Ventilation and design and refurbishment.

Monday 4 February 12.45 – 13.15: Rachel Chalmers BSc, PhD, the country's leading expert on cryptosporidium.
Tuesday 5 February 12.15 – 12.45: Dr. Susanne Lee PhD BSc FRSPH FIFST MSB CBiol FWMSoc MRCSHC Ex-Director of the London regional health protection agency and has wide experience in problems relating to water. Dr. John V Lee BSc PhD FWMSoc FRSPH a world leading specialist in Legionnaires disease, led the European working group of Legionella infection.
Held at the Brighton Hilton Metropole Exhibition Centre, it's easy to get to. Aside from free attendance, we will also reimburse the taxi fare from Brighton Train Station to the venue for all SPATEX visitors (with receipts) . If you prefer to drive, then 50 per cent discounted parking is available at the NCP Russell Road Car Park directly opposite the Show.
