4GLOBAL has a vast array of physical activity and operational data from across the health and wellbeing sector, with around 70 integrations to a wide variety of data capture tools, delivering over 1.6 billion data points from active participants across the UK. This provides actionable insights for decision makers in the sector to increase participation and reach under-served communities.

Its range of innovative services includes calculating Social Value, where operators and other stakeholders can quantify the benefits to society of being physically active. These range from reduced incidence of disease, to broader positive impacts such as improved crime rates.
 
Technogym are world leaders in the fitness sector with over 35 years of wellness innovation, and have developed a Wellness Lifestyle ecosystem Mywellness, which allows operators to create communities among their members, manage programmes and workout data while providing multiple touch points on one account.

The Partnership between 4GLOBAL and Technogym will provide sport and leisure operators with greater focus to understand the true impact and social value being generated by their Mywellness users members, both inside and outside their facilities.
 
Operators will be able to highlight and understand key ratios to inform operational strategy to increase social value, analyse quality of programming; identifying how to support usage and retention. 
 
The Digital Dashboards delivered through this sector-defining collaboration puts the combined power of this data at operators’ fingertips and will provide improved and more insight-driven business KPIs that will improve the customer experience.
