Core Health & Fitness celebrates opening of Fit20 Capitan Arenas in Barcelona

Fit20 has opened its flagship studio in Barcelona, Spai / Core Health & Fitness
Fit20 is an innovative and unique science-based training method. Fit20 promotes high-intensity training once a week for 20 minutes (under PT supervision) using intensity and tempo to engage and stimulate all the 4 different muscle fibre types to produce a more intense workout, which promotes "supercompensation" during rest periods where muscles get stronger, and your entire body is stimulated to function better.
Fit20 Master Trainer, Jan Sistare, leads the team to offer a comprehensive fitness experience that is focused on individual needs for the most benefit in just 20 minutes. Training is by appointment with a personal trainer and uses Core Health & Fitness’s unique stretch range and Nautilus One machines, which are set to a high resistance and are moved at a slow speed. Studios are cooled (17 C) and allow you to workout in everyday clothes, which is hassle-free and more beneficial in terms of time.
