Keepme announces exciting new platform enhancements

28 Jun 2024
Keepme has announced a suite of groundbreaking enhancements to its platform / Keepme
Keepme has today announced a suite of groundbreaking enhancements to its platform, set to pave the way for the direction that AI will take next as it relates to the Fitness Industry.

“AI isn’t new to us, our platform has been using predictive AI to anticipate member churn since 2019. We are as usual, staying a few years ahead of the crowd and some of the features we have ready for release later this year will provide our customers with a phenomenal advantage in a market in which large numbers of operators still have to fully embrace AI.” - Ian Mullane - CEO & Founder, Keepme

Instant AI-Powered Reporting

This new feature will reduce friction points around generating detailed reports by simply typing your requirements in plain language. With Keepme's new AI-powered reporting feature, this vision becomes reality, producing the requested report instantly. For example, you will be able to filter by "Female members, no attendance in the last 14 days, per site for the last 30 days," and instantly receive a report showing the relevant information, complete with an option to download the data.

This feature will show users to save reports as templates, schedule them for regular email delivery, and access real-time data effortlessly.

Lead Scoring 2.0 and Smart Upselling

Building on the success of the original Keepme Score™ the platform is set to take its AI capabilities to the next level. Later this year, Keepme will introduce enhanced features for upselling and personal training (PT). This will enable fitness operators to identify members who are likely to purchase additional products and services. By integrating these insights with the platform's automation features, operators can create revenue growth and engagement opportunities consistently.

Sales and Member Retention Oracle

The Sales and Member Retention Oracle, is set to be a revolutionary tool which will soon be integrated within Keepme. Leveraging a Large Language Model trained on thousands of fitness industry specific academic papers, white papers, books, and blog posts, this powerful assistant will offer users deep insights into membership sales, fitness retention, CRM best practices, and more.

Oracle (name TBC) has been designed specifically with fitness industry expertise, ensuring the highest possible relevance to Keepme’s customers. It will provide instant, evidence-based recommendations, backed by decades of best practices from both the commercial and academic worlds, far surpassing any capabilities of existing AI tools.

The Engage Module: A Leap Forward in Campaign Automation

The new Engage module is set to be a significant advancement in gym campaign automation. This groundbreaking tool will allow fitness operators to specify their target audience in simple terms, such as "all members who have been members for longer than 30 days, have attended in the last 7 days, and have provided an NPS above 7."

With this information, Keepme will build and automate tailored campaigns, giving operators the flexibility to add/edit the content and set the campaigns in motion effortlessly. This has the potential to save gym marketers a lot of time and multiply their output tenfold.

“As a marketer, I understand that a lot of effort goes into saying the right thing to the right audience at the right time - you don’t ever get lucky with hitting that trifecta correctly, it always has to be strategic. To have smart insights to work this out for you is a total game changer and I can’t wait to see our customers put it to work.” - Matt McCallum - Growth Marketing Manager, Keepme

Keep an eye out at Keepme.ai and on the company’s LinkedIn page for announcements on the upcoming enhancements as the ‘go live’ dates draw closer.

Plans for the next 12 months
Keepme’s mission is to revolutionize the way fitness operators achieve revenue growth by transforming how they engage with prospects and members. We strive to constantly deliver on the cutting-edge of what technology can offer in our industry, doing so with quick deployment and low resource requirements for our customers.

In the summer of 2023 we launched Keepme Creator, the industry’s first generative AI tool and V3 of our core products, Keepme Sales and Keepme Membership.

In 2024, we strive to continue redefining how the industry operates. As the industry becomes more responsive to AI and technological advancements, we will be here delivering educational content and empowering operators to make the most of AI within their facilities.

We added Keepme Academy to our offering in January 2024, as well as a new scheduling feature - and we have a number of other platform developments planned for the rest of 2024.
Testimonial
"Before the team had access to Keepme, we faced several challenges. One of the main issues is that leads were arriving into multiple systems and inboxes, making it very difficult to manage and keep track of leads. This was time-consuming and challenging in terms of maintaining an efficient workflow and responding to enquiries/potential opportunities effectively."

– Darryl Dewar, group sales & customer experience manager, BH Live Active
Testimonial
"What Keepme uniquely offers is the ability to integrate with any fitness industry software platform that has an API...Keepme gives us one seamless digital process and frees our customer experience teams to focus on our members. We have greater customer insights - and no need to download reports, upload triggers, or prepare communications.”

– Gareth Bacon, head of product, Wellfit
Testimonial
"If you have tried some of the AI content tools on the market, you will find the results are never quite right. So, once I heard that Keepme was coming out with their content creator tool, I had very low expectations. But I have been pleasantly surprised by the diversity with this tool! I have played around with the “tone of voice” and it is spot on."

– Meredith DeAngelis, CMO, Village Health Clubs & Spas
