Liverpool John Moores University's (LJMU) Department of Sport and Exercise Science has partnered with Wattbike to revolutionise research capabilities through the introduction of eight Wattbike Nucleus and four Wattbike AtomX models into its performance laboratories.

We use our Wattbikes when teaching students about exercise intensity and training. The ability to fix the workload on the new AtomX has enabled us to expand our use of the bikes and we can now also use them for graded exercise tests. We also use these for our applied work and research, our riders love the design of the bike, allowing them to feel like they are riding in a similar position to when out on the road.”
