Parkwood Leisure partners with Zoom Media to transform member rewards

Leading leisure management operator Parkwood Leisure has recently announced a new agreement with Zoom Media UK / Parkwood Leisure
The partnership is designed to elevate Parkwood’s member experience by offering exclusive rewards and perks through Zoom’s white-label platform, driving greater retention and engagement among its 100,000 members.
Since 2020, Zoom Media has been at the forefront of creating tailored rewards platforms for gym operators, and will now empower Parkwood members to access brands and benefits ranging from Apple and Gymshark right through to Deliveroo.
Parkwood is confident in their decision to partner with Zoom based on data that shows effectively engaging members with rewards programmes contributes to increasing member loyalty.
