A new Hub for small group training
Jordan Fitness has introduced a workout and storage solution for small group training. The Hub can be used for an unlimited number of workouts for up to eight people, and provides a storage solution for four Olympic bars and six Olympic weight plates.
The Hub is made from steel with a textured grey tough coat finish, and has a length of 1,132mm, is 360mm wide, and weighs 41kg.
Workout exercises include squats, multi-directional lunging, core rotations, wood chopping, overhead pressing, shoulder-to-shoulder pressing and rowing movements. The equipment that The Hub accommodates can be used in a high intensity, multi directional, ‘functional’ workout for individuals and/or small groups.
This functionality is designed to increase core stability, and provides rotational strength and upper/lower body mobility benefits, while the product can be used in conjunction with other products such as battle ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, power bands and plyometric boxes.
