F45 Functional Training has recently opened a new location in Farringdon, North London, following the success of its Tottenham Court Road branch.
Based in a 2800 sq ft (853.5 sq m) studio in North London, the Farringdon branch has already proven popular, with a reported 200 members signing up during its first week alone.
F45 Functional Training is a fitness concept that originated in Australia. It offers members 45 minute long high intensity circuit training classes.

Coote adds: “Since opening our doors, we have been inundated with interest in the concept. Everyone has been incredibly positive about the sessions.”
A further 50 locations are expected to open across the UK in the coming months.
