Life Fitness launches its newest console with entertainment from Netflix plus strength products
Life Fitness has unveiled its new Discover SE3 console with streaming entertainment from Netflix, Hulu, and Pandora Radio, as well as on-console access to apps such as YouTube, ESPN and the BBC.
The Discover SE3 console features a new user interface and other digital advances, such as Bluetooth and Near Field Communication (NFC) connectivity and customisable Attract screens.
All six of its brands including Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, SCIFIT, InMovement, Brunswick Billiards and the recently acquired Cybex, were featured at the IHRSA show recently.
A new line of Hammer Strength Accessories allows customers to make their equipment fully functional with an array of training tools from bumpers, bars, plates and dumbbells to plyo boxes and resistance bands.
Hammer Strength HD Athletic has a new system of rigs, racks and accessory storage solutions are designed for facilities and clubs wanting to create a modular strength training space, in response to the growing trend of Olympic lifting.
The HD Athletic line offers a cost-effective alternative to HD Elite and consists of a Half Rack, Power Rack and Half Rack/Power Rack Combo along with a variety of rig configurations and add-ons for small group training needs from school level through to sports professionals.
The company also demonstrated its Life Fitness VR experience; a virtual reality tour of two distinct room environments to demonstrate how clubs can use the Life Fitness SYNRGY360 system and Hammer Strength HD Athletic.
