Netpulse launches Enterprise Mobile Platform for the fitness industry
Netpulse, the number one provider of mobile apps for health clubs, has announced the launch of its Enterprise Mobile Platform, a complete digital solution for enterprise health clubs to deploy a mobile app that will drive club marketing, member engagement and operational efficiency.
Combining industry-leading technology with deep customisation, the Enterprise Mobile Platform enables large fitness organisations to deliver a robust mobile app to market at a fraction of the time and cost of building from scratch.
“Every commercial fitness organisation in 2016 must have a mobile strategy,” said John Ford, president of Netpulse.
“Our focus is to deliver a platform that serves as a critical component of an enterprise's digital marketing strategy for acquiring new members and up sells.”
The fully scalable platform enables enterprise clubs to leverage their members’ smartphones to drive revenue with features like mobile referrals, guest passes and rewards. This functionality enhances a club’s ability to acquire new members, retain existing members and drive up sells like personal training, all using the digital channel that members are constantly plugged into—smartphones.
“Companies such as Starbucks and Domino’s have been using mobile loyalty programmes to drive sales for years,” said Ford.
“With our mobile rewards feature, clubs can now do the same.”
The need for a robust mobile solution in the industry has grown as global smartphone penetration is expected to reach 66.5 percent by 2018, increasing from 41.6 percent in 2013.
By providing enterprise clubs with a flexible platform on which to develop innovative features, they can quickly and cost-effectively launch a distinctive mobile app that captures their unique brand. The modular platform also integrates with existing club technologies, such as member management and billing systems.
“Our platform already integrates with the industry’s top technology providers and is flexible enough to integrate an enterprise’s prior IT investments, ensuring a cost effective launch that brings a world-class mobile solution to market quickly,” said Ford.
Industry leaders such as Planet Fitness, Goodlife Health Clubs, UFC Gym and Gold's Gym already leverage the Enterprise Mobile Platform to power their mobile apps.
